Description
A satirical work that depicts hunger, genocide, and the waste of resources during wartime—carried out by institutions that claimed to speak in the name of human rights and coordinated agendas, yet during the war proved to have no authority whatsoever except over the dead, those who are utterly powerless, after it was already too late to take control of events.
